• Account information: Your name and email address when you create an account (handled by Clerk Authentication).
• Property data: Listing details, property addresses, photos, and descriptions you enter to generate marketing copy. This data is used solely to provide the service.
• Brand voice settings: Any communication preferences or style notes you configure.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interactions within the platform, collected to improve the service.
• Payment information: Billing details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
• Cookies and similar technologies: We use cookies to maintain your session and understand how the service is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To generate real estate marketing copy from your inputs
• To maintain and authenticate your account
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To improve and develop PropWrite features
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, or support

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services:

• OpenAI: AI content generation from your listing details and photos. Data submitted is processed per OpenAI's data usage policies.
• Vercel: Hosting and infrastructure.

5. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or listing data to any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Full stop.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
